Josephine engages and identifies the areas of need within the communities, she's also a farmer practising small-scale farming by using sustainable farming methods. Josephine also holds a Diploma in Accounting.

By utilising her skills and knowledge we aim to help communities access water through our water sustainability programmes.

By establishing relationships between the organisation and the communities in need of any of our public benefit programmes she ensures that J.Lynne Africa CDO is connected with the communities and understands their pain points.

Working under the guidance of the operations manager, here are some activities carried out by the Community Field Officer

• Make field visits with neighbours, schools and communities ensuring the
  organization endeavours are successful.
• Submit monthly reports on projects provided to schools and communities.
• Ensure quality control and management of the responses of the public benefit projects.
• Handle communication regarding community projects between the organisation and the communities.
• Management of community outreach centres
